Privacy Policy
ServiceCallAid (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a workforce app for service technicians. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account info: your name, email, and (if you sign in with Apple or Google) the unique ID those providers send us. Stored in Supabase Auth.
- Business data you enter: clients, addresses, equipment / appliances, visits, estimates, invoices, photos, notes, and any other content you create inside the app. This is the data we hold on your behalf so you can run your business.
- Operational data: the IP address + user-agent your device sends when calling our backend; basic analytics (page views, button taps) so we can keep the app working.
- Payment data: if you connect Stripe to accept card payments, Stripe holds the financial details (card numbers, bank info, identity verification). We see only the high-level state (account enabled / not enabled, charges_enabled flag).
How we use it
- Run the app — show you your schedule, send your estimates / invoices, route your day.
- Send transactional emails on your behalf (e.g., the invoice you send to a client) through Resend.
- AI features (Ask Aid, call intake parsing, data-plate vision) send the relevant text or image to Anthropic’s Claude API. Anthropic does not use API submissions to train models.
- Address autocomplete, drive-time, and route optimization use Google Maps Platform APIs (Places, Distance Matrix, Directions, Geocoding).
- Fix bugs and improve the product. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics only.
Who we share with
- Your customers, when you send them an estimate or invoice link.
- Subprocessors required to make the app work: Supabase (database + auth + storage), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), Google Maps Platform (mapping). We pick vendors that publish their own privacy + security practices.
- Law enforcement, only when legally required.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run third-party advertising trackers.
SMS messaging
ServiceCallAid sends transactional text messages on behalf of the service businesses that use us, to the customers those businesses serve. These include appointment confirmations, on-the-way notifications, invoices, payment receipts, and reply messages. Messages are sent through Twilio as our SMS delivery provider.
- We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Customer phone numbers collected through ServiceCallAid are used only to deliver service-related transactional messages on behalf of the service business the customer engaged with. Phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties for marketing.
- Message frequency varies based on the customer’s service interactions. Typical volume is 1-5 messages per service appointment (booking confirmation, day-before reminder, on-the-way alert, invoice, receipt).
- Message and data rates may apply. The customer’s mobile carrier may charge for SMS or data depending on their plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message — this is automatically processed by our carrier and stops all future messages from that number. Reply HELP for help. Resubscribe later by replying START.
Where data lives
Database + storage is hosted on Supabase in their North American region. Email goes through Resend (US). Payments go through Stripe (US/CA). AI traffic goes to Anthropic. Mapping traffic goes to Google.
Your choices
- Edit / delete: you can edit or delete clients, estimates, invoices, photos, etc. from inside the app at any time. Deleted records are soft-archived to preserve job history; permanent deletion is available on request.
- Account deletion: email hello@getagentnavi.com from your account email and we’ll delete your account and associated data within 30 days. We may keep limited records (e.g., tax-relevant invoices you’ve issued) where the law requires.
- Export: we’ll send you a copy of your data on request. No charge.
Security
Data in transit uses TLS. Database access is gated by row-level security policies so one tech can only see their own org. Storage URLs are signed and time-limited. We don’t store payment card numbers — Stripe does.
Children
ServiceCallAid is for service businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we’ll notify active accounts by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
